Stuart Rawlings is the bass singer, guitar player, and leader. He works for Placer County Mental Health and
is a Professor of Sociology at two Sacramento universities.
Jane Roach is the tenor and a keyboard player for Placer High School and Magnolia Middle School, as well
as being the musician for the First Congregational Church.
Lesa Edlund-Varela is with her church choir, St. Dominic's in Colfax, and is a private caterer in Auburn.
Manuel Varela is an electrician, and he has special expertise in the high vocal leads of songs like Don't
Worry Baby and In the Still of the Night. Manuel and Lesa were married on October 12, 2002.
The Auburnaires do intimate parties with just the four voices and acoustic guitar, or large parties with a full
